MEET OUR PRINCIPAL!

My name is Charles Boulden and I have the good fortune of being the Principal here at Coyote Canyon Elementary School. The staff, students, and community have earned a Golden Bell Award and is both a California Distinguished and National Blue Ribbon School. These achievements were earned by passionate teachers, compassionate staff, dedicated students, and loving families.

I have a heart for education and the well-being of young people. I have been an educator for nearly 20 years, serving as a Teacher, Dean, Site Director, and Administrator for all school ages.

The Coyote Canyon staff, and I are committed to working with you to ensure that EVERY child receives a high-quality education. Our mission is: Every child valued, challenged, and successful… whatever it takes!

As students return to full time in-person instruction we are excited to put our mission to work. Last year was not a lost year for our students and teachers. Learning took place and great gains were made. However, every student’s learning experience was not the same. Our challenge this year is to ensure that we meet ALL of our students where they are, as we set them on a course to be the best versions of themselves.  

I look forward to fostering relationships with students, staff, parents, and community members.
