We are excited to inform you that all students will be utilizing PE locker rooms and dressing out for daily PE classes at CMS starting Monday, October 25th. If your student is still not registered to a locker, there is still time. To be registered in a locker, a student will need their blue PE form signed and returned along with their CMS PE Shirt, CMS PE Shorts, and CMS Lock. If you have any questions, please contact your student's PE teacher.

California Law AB 1767 requires age-appropriate suicide prevention education in public schools. Central School District's mental health counselors are hosting two virtual parent information sessions to give an overview of the program for K-6 parents on Thursday, October 28. The district is pleased to work with stakeholders to develop a three-year plan to help identify how to allocate one-time federal funds under the Elementary Secondary Schools Emergency Relief funds because of the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. The dates of the survey are from now through October 10, 2021. Please help us by sharing your thoughts on ways we can improve our support to students, staff, and the community.

We are on a modified schedule next week, 9/21-9/24 for parent teacher conferences. Monday is regular schedule and Tuesday through Friday we are on minimum day schedule with school dismissing at 12:24 pm. Lunch will be served from 12:24-12:45. 7th period classes dismiss at 1:00 pm.
