Citizens Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC)
The purpose of the Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) is to inform the public about Central School District’s Measure A & Measure N school facilities bond program. To do that, the CBOC is expected to review and report on the proper expenditure of taxpayers’ money for school construction projects.
At the November 4, 2014 election, Central School District secured voter approval to issue up to $35 million aggregate principal amount in school facilities bonds (Measure N). This followed a similar success on the November 4, 2008 election, when voters had previously authorized up to $31 million in school facilities bonds (Measure A).
