Student Take Home Device

This program is limited to students in grades 6th-8th and only upon request.

Dear CSD Families,

 

We are extending our Student Take-Home device program for the fourth and final year. During its final year, the Take-Home Device program is available for students in grades 6th through 8th who need access to a computer at home. This program can provide students with a district-issued device that includes the same Internet filtering and protection as our on-campus devices, ensuring a safe and secure online learning environment. These devices are limited and intended for students who do not already have access to a home computer. These devices can be used while your child is enrolled in Central School District and will need to be returned upon your child’s departure from the district.

 

If your child is in grades 6th through 8th and you would like to request a Take-Home device, you can do so by completing this form, Student Take Home Device Request, and returning it to your school’s front office, visiting our online request form at https://forms.office.com/r/fNfxKYdcd7, or by calling the Technology Department at 909 484-5301. Due to the limited number of devices available, we ask that families only request a device if it is truly needed since we cannot guarantee availability for all requests.
